Social Media Manager Duties:

This role will be responsible for creating content and communicating The Fight 4 Light Foundation’s key messages across social platforms including Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter, etc. driving demonstrable growth and engagement with our already rapidly growing social community. You’ll have the opportunity to expand The Fight 4 Light Foundations’s already rapidly growing social network by driving creative, multi-channel programs.



  • Creating unique content for our social media platforms;

  • Working and assisting in building up our influencer program;

  • Engage the community to bring in more followers;

  • Communicating with our followers;

  • Posting premade content in a timely manner;

  • Join relevant groups and post on behalf of TF4L


Approximately 2.5 hours per week. Average about 30 minutes 5 days a week.


Qualifications and requirements: 


  • Hands-on experience conceptualizing, developing, and scaling successful social media content;

  • A proven track record of driving community and networking growth preferred;

  • Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying and to use logic and reason to respond and represent The Fight 4 Light Foundation's mission;

  • Proof of strong creative skills, a positive mindset, and the ability to succeed in a fast-moving, sometimes ambiguous environment.
